As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, balancing customer service excellence with efficient logistics management. Your role will encompass direct customer interaction, overseeing courier services, and ensuring smooth stock management. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with a strong customer focus who can thrive under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email, live web chat, and phone with professionalism and care.
Courier Driver Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with various courier companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Inbox Management: Oversee and manage the customer service inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to all communications.
Reviews & Feedback: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Logistics Management: Handle logistics and stock management, including inventory checks and reordering as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Corporate Accounts: Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards.
Customer Loyalty & Rewards: Assist in managing customer loyalty programs and reward schemes to enhance customer retention.
