Job Description
• We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.
• We need someone who may resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.
• You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
Mandate Requirements
• Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4-8 GB Ram or above configuration.
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for customer interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
• Must have an Internet speed of a minimum of 50 Mbps
• Good Quality Headsets.
• Power backup in case there are frequent power failures.
