As a fresher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. *Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.

*Qualifications:*
