Providing resolution and information via phone and email to the public
Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
Performing administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
Receiving inbound calls
About You:
Previous experience in a call centre or administration role isn't required, just a natural interest in people & administration.
We are looking for people with;
Natural customer centric approach to their work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyse and relay complex information in a clear, concise manner
Confidence in navigating computer systems
Empathetic listening skills when dealing with sensitive/emotive circumstances.
Resilience and ability to work in fast-paced environment
