About this role
Based at our Lincoln Road site in Henderson, this position is for 26.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) offering a variety of work engaging with our customers and delivering effective and efficient reception administration functions.
As a Customer Service Representative with Canopy Imaging, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our customers. You will be working with our customers to help navigate them through their journey with Canopy Imaging. Our Customer Service Team is differentiated by their exceptional commitment to customers care and uncompromising service excellence.
Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience providing a high level of customer service (at least 2-3 years’ experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level computer skills using multiple software systems
A passion for healthcare and improving the customer experience
Strong attention to detail and you consistently follow-through on your tasks despite obstacles
