Customer Service Specialist

We are hiring for Interns /Experienced in Customer Service support candidates for Noida Location.

Those students who have completed their Graduation or have interest in Sales, Marketing, & Customer service apply.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
2. Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
3. Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
4. Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
5. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
6. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
7. Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
8. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
+. Good understanding to operate new system portal.
10. Should be self-motivated to learn and practice new technologies & IT products.
11. Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
12. Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
13. Work closely with Outside Sales representatives and other departments
14. Demonstrates effective organizational, time management and follow up skills
15. Must meet new customers on requirement with senior management.
16. Establishing and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
