Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist (Only Female) for a full-time position at our Delhi office. This is a junior-level role requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving our customer service initiatives.

Qualifications And Skills
• Ability to multitask (Mandatory skill)
• Must have experience in Hospitality (Mandatory skill)
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications

Roles And Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide detailed information about our product offerings, promotions, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and handling returns
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and submit customer service reports and performance metrics to management
