You will contribute to the implementation of process improvements and new client initiatives, with a continual focus on optimisation while ensuring compliance
You will manage the team throughout the entire employee life cycle ad support their growth ambitions and development
You will support Managers and Team Leaders to ensure skills matrices, training and development plans are maintained to minimise the risk of single points of dependency
You will be cascading communication from leaders to ensure key messages regarding organisational vision and objectives are in alignment with team goals
You will uphold the effective management and implementation of Business Continuity Plan/Planning (BCP)
You will undertake reporting and present findings to leaders to ensure clarity and visibility
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
We know you will have a wide range of skills and experience, but we think the most important to thrive in this role would be;
A track record of successful leadership in a manager role, within a customer operations function (workflow and people management)
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to optimise and uplift current ways of working
A deep passion and commitment towards creating the best customer experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure while upholding quality standards
Experience managing client relationships
Experience within the legal, technology, or property industry desirable but not a requirement
