Role Overview

The Customer Support Associate supports our C2C Global marketplace 'GEMGEM' by providing high-quality customer service through live chat, email and SNS from Inquiry to order processing, working in coordination with internal team based in Surat, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
• Process sales orders, monitor order statuses, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure data privacy.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Offer insights for improving sales support processes and customer service.
• Assist in reporting and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Any Graduate with 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support (preferably in e-commerce or luxury goods).
• Proficient in English, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team environment.
