Experience : Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice process

Shifts: 24*7 (Including Night Shift) ( Work From Office)

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via Call
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Analyzing and reporting the issue and giving the best solution
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
