Job Description: Customer Support Executive
- Seeking a highly motivated Customer Support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads generated via online channels, qualifying those leads as per given criteria, and ensuring a 1 st meeting for Design team.
- The job also involves attending to and addressing inbound queries from prospective customers and in case of a fitment, ensuring a 1 st meeting for Design team.
- The candidate will be accountable for working towards meeting assigned targets in terms of daily, weekly & monthly calls made, leads qualified, and 1st Meetings done for the Design team.
- The candidate will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, churn non-contactable leads, follow up with prospects, thus ensuring every interested customer is spoken to, and details shared, pertaining to customer queries.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of contact/call centre experience in home interiors, real estate, hospitality/hotel, education, travel or related industry.
- Experience in sales or lead qualification process is a must.
- Well-acquainted with some of the widely used telephony platforms like Exotel, Slash, Plivo, Twilio etc.
- Fluent in English and Hindi both spoken and written. Knowledge of a regional language will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work from the office with roster-based weekly offs.
