Our Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding role plays a crucial role in the client journey. Your deep knowledge of the Collage platform paired with your thoughtful needs analysis shapes the client experience from the day they say YES to Collage!
You will be responsible for:
Building individualized project plans for each client by assessing needs and goals;
Providing in-depth training on Collage platform tools and features via video and phone;
Working to ensure maximum activation of new Collage clients;
Connecting across the organization to resolve questions and issues, providing a great customer experience;
Providing excellent customer service along with HR technology support and guidance.
You should have:
2+ years of SaaS implementation and / or customer service experience;
High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can do" attitude both virtually and in person;
A curiosity for and love of technology and the ability to pick up and teach new tools quickly;
High degree of ownership and commitment, taking pride in a job well done;
High level of organization and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
Preference for candidates with Customer Service experience in a B2B software environment;
Bilingualism is a strong asset.
