## Qualification
HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills [Written and Spoken]
## Mandate requirements
• Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB Ram or above configuration and SSD
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for customer interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
• Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps+ along with a backup connection.
• Good Quality Headset
• Power backup in case there are frequent power failures
## About the role
We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations
In this role, you will be responsible to resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.
You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers
## What you will need
Customer First approach
Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
Candidates who can speak regional languages in addition to English will be preferred
MS office basics
