Data Analyst
Location: Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU

We’re on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join us for a 12-month fixed-term role. You’ll play a key part in driving investigations into cutting-edge technologies and data management solutions. Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to identify business data needs and scope effective, sustainable solutions.


Your Role in Action


Provide functional and technical support to projects, improving data capture tasks, and working with stakeholders to map and communicate changes to data requirements.
Ensure smooth execution of data, system, and procedural changes, keeping stakeholders informed and fully engaged throughout the process.
Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Governance frameworks to ensure data capture and usage meets business needs, improving analysis capabilities and protecting information.
Regularly report on data management activities, ensuring clear, concise communication with management and stakeholders.
Oversee project work through a defined strategic pipeline, helping drive prioritisation, investment, and resource decisions while staying on budget and schedule.
Lead business data provisioning services, using technology to fulfill data requests and promote self-serve automation where possible.
Monitor adherence to BI governance frameworks, escalating risks, issues, and non-compliance where necessary, supporting remediation actions
Identify opportunities to improve asset data systems and processes across the organisation.

What Makes You a Great Fit


Proven experience in a data analytics role.
Experience with Qlik Sense is highly desirable, but not essential.
Strong understanding and application of data governance principles.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in data, systems, and processes.
Ability to analyse data and develop effective solutions using relevant systems and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging with customers.
