Job Responsibilities:
Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics if any being introduced as part of the change.
Consult and coach project teams
Support and engage senior leaders
Coach people managers and supervisors
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Integrate change management activities into the project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Manage stakeholders
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
People management
Able to multitask & manage projects of high impact
Required Skills & Qualification:
8+ years of experience in Payments, Cash, Treasury Operation dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Knowledge in Alteryx will be an added advantage.
Swift Knowledge is Must.
Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word - other advanced sills preferred).
Minimum Graduate - Master’s degree preferred.
Global experience in payments is desirable, with understanding of accounting and money move processes
Demonstrated communication skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
Demonstrated success in adapting to new business initiatives
Business acumen and commercial market awareness
Strong operational knowledge
Ability to be an integral team member (planning support, documenting, and communicating)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines
Experience and strong working knowledge of various aspects of cash operations is preferred
