Data Engineering Position at WebMD:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and processes that enable the delivery of high-quality health information services.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Design and implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines
Develop and maintain complex data models, ensuring accurate and consistent data representation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
7+ years of experience working with ETL/ELT tools and traditional databases
Strong understanding of data integration principles, database administration, and team leadership
Experience with data visualization tools, Hadoop ecosystem, and scripting languages (Perl, Python)
