Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator/Customer Service Data Processing Assistant with excellent communication and organisational skills to process manual and automatic feeds, upload them accurately to our website, and provide exceptional customer service.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for liaising with property agents to confirm missing information, checking for duplicates, and answering telephone and email enquiries.
You will have a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute to process information efficiently, possess great written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organised.
Duties
Ensure accurate uploading of manual and automatic feeds to the website.
Process new feeds efficiently in the order received to avoid delays in properties appearing on the website.
Communicate effectively with clients using excellent communication skills.
Report any website functionality issues to the Support Team.
Upload properties manually or from an automatic feed to the website.
Maintain data accuracy on the website.
Approve pending images received from agents and arrange them accordingly.
Manage property details by processing updates.
Contact agents directly to confirm missing information.
Check for duplicates before uploading to ensure properties do not appear twice.
Answer phone calls/emails and assist with queries where possible or transfer to relevant personnel.
Carry out property checks with agents over the phone when requested.
Carry out user checks over the phone when required.
Candidate Requirements
A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Previous office experience is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Poliite and confident telephone manner.
Good organisational skills.
