The job role entails over-sight, tracking and support in execution of portfolio monitoring processes that is necessary for robust portfolio management.
• Managing/tracking all portfolio related issues – Call reports/Exceptions/Stress Test/Security perfection/ SUP Reviews/Covenant testing
• Support in Early warning management activities
• Ensuring process related compliances & closure of any open items
• Support in closure of Audit/ Regulatory related items impacting IBG4
Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the incumbent is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5)
• Ensuring timely submission of SUP reviews/call reports/Pro-Am/ Stress test/ any hygiene items in portfolio
• Work with TLs for tracking of cross-sell & pricing in asset portfolio including preparing and tracking of account management plan for large SME accounts
• Support BU in terms of any Early warning related matters including Exit cases analysis
• Support BU for closure of items/ providing data in Audits
• Co-ordination for any regulatory/govt schemes i.e. TUFS
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties of the incumbent. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
• Follow up for timely submission of portfolio-related items
• Centrally co-ordinate for stress test analysis closure with help of PRMs/RSH and ensure consolidation of final report
• Prepare account management plan for CPM accounts and present to IBG4 management with plan of action
• Facilitate any customer requests for TUFS schemes with branches
• Work on any data requirements with Business/Product for closure of Audit & regulatory submissions
• Data analytics for portfolio exits and incorporating of any learnings in credit process
Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including number of years required, if applicable.)
The candidate should have 2 – 4 years’ minimum relevant experience with exposure in business loans. Preferred candidate – junior candidate with credit analyst background.
