JOB DESCRIPTION
• Delivery Partner is required to pick up food items from restaurants and deliver to customers over a 2-wheeler bike or cycle.
• He will receive orders through a mobile application from the nearest restaurants which have to be delivered to the address specified in the app itself.
• Their payouts are processed on a weekly basis.Â
Payout Structure
The payout of Delivery Partners has several components like
• Basic Pay (Fixed),
• Distance Pay (Variable basis delivery distance),
• Milestone Incentives(Daily Order milestone Bonuses) ,etc.ÂÂ
Other Benefits:
• Medical insurance cover upto 1 lakh; Accidental Insurance cover upto 10 lakh.
• Joining Bonus (Varies across cities)
• Flexible working hours (Partners can choose to log-in at their preferred time of convenience
