Responsibilities
Deliver food packages within an optimal period of time received from station gate to specified passengers within the train
Efficiently manage multiple orders, delivery locations and customers at the same time
Verify the identities of customers while delivery and Accept and record payments for delivered packages (cash and mobile wallet)
Doing quality check of food parcel before delivery and taking appropriate actions
Represent the organization with excellence and professionalism by answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner
