KLO Lab is a design and fabrication studio specializing in custom furniture, wood pegboards, and other high-quality, sustainable products. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service while creating beautiful, functional designs. We’re currently seeking a talented and organized Design and Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.
Role Overview:
As our Design and Admin Assistant, you'll create design proofs using Rhino or Fusion 360, handle client communication via email and phone, and help manage our social media presence. You’ll be a key support to our small team, helping projects move smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Proofs: Create clear, accurate visual proofs using Rhino or Fusion 360.
Client Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
Social Media Support: Post content and help manage engagement
Admin Tasks: Keep project notes, schedules, and files organized.
Project Coordination: Help track timelines and deliverables between the team and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Design Software Skills: Comfortable working in Rhino or Fusion 360.
Strong Communicator: Friendly and professional via email and phone.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Can juggle tasks, keep things on track, and spot the little things.
Social Media Familiarity: Experience with Instagram content and scheduling is a plus.
Creative Mindset: Interest in design, interiors, or fabrication is a bonus!
Details:
Part-Time: 3-4 days a week
In-Person: This is not a remote position — you’ll be working onsite at our shop
$24/hour
