Primary Responsibilities
• Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
• Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assist with the enrollment process.
• Address Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.
What We’re Looking For

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal
• Debug issues in the production environment and be part of production support.
• Work in an agile/scaled team - plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions.

• Participation in testing with analysts and business users.
• Create technical design and support documentation.

Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in IT or a related field
• 5+ years of development experience
• Must have the ability to analyze, design, build, test, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 andOracle Cloud ERP applications
• Nice to have experience with Oracle SOACS (integration) and Oracle ODI (for ELT)
• JavaScript experience is a plus
• Analyze business processes and perform data modeling, design and implement technical solutions for HCM process areas
• Gather Requirements in coordination with functional team, and prepare technical design documents and test scripts
• Perform unit testing, and integration testing, and coordinate with business analysts in regression testing, system performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Direct, delegate, and mentor the technical team in the design, coding, debugging, etc.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native app design is a plus
• Familiarity with micro-services is a plus
• Experience with Kafka or Confluent is a plus as well
• Agile or Scaled development methodologies experience a plus
