Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (Sales) in the Pharma Critical Care division, located in Mumbai. The DGM (Sales) will oversee the sales operations, manage customer relations, lead the sales team, and conduct training sessions. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, analysing market trends, setting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills to drive business growth and enhance the team's performance.

Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions and lead a sales team
• Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and market trend analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
