Job Requirements

The HLA Technician is responsible for performing laboratory tests to determine tissue compatibility for organ and tissue transplants.

This includes typing and cross-matching blood samples, analyzing results, and preparing reports.

The technician must also maintain accurate records and ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.

The HLA Technician must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently.
