Responsibilities
Our Client Field Diagnostics Tools & Systems Engineering team is seeking candidates with solid Software Quality Assurance experience to assist with the validation of Mac and iOS diagnostics before releasing to service locations and other support channels
Proven knowledge of core QA methodologies, including creation of test plans and test
Advanced familiarity with operating and troubleshooting hardware and software (iPhone/iOS, Mac/MacOS )
and project leads in gauging project impact
Motivated by curiosity around unknown systems and a love for problem-solving
Execute systematic diagnostic QA test cases by working with department leads
Use bug-tracking software to report and prioritize issues; work with developers and team leads to
understand and pursue issues to resolution
Provide project managers and team leads with timely and accurate QA status during various
project phases
Collaborate with and provide QA testing support to other testers, project managers, developers
and other cross-functional teams
Contribute to initiatives to improve the overall QA process, such as identifying and closing gaps in testing coverage or inefficiencies in workflows

Job Duration: 10-Months Contract

Pay Range: $3+-$42/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Qualifications
