Job Title: Digital Ads & Graphics Intern (On-site) with PPO opportunity
Location: Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata
Entity: Ashika Stock Services Ltd.
Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: Rs 5,000 per month
Role Brief:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Ads & Graphics Intern to join our team in Kolkata. The role offers hands-on experience in designing creatives for digital campaigns while learning how to optimise ad performance and drive conversions. This internship is ideal for someone who is creative and data-driven, and excited to make a career in designing and performance marketing in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Role Responsibilities:
• Design high-performing creatives for digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn
• Translate campaign goals and performance data into visually engaging and conversion-optimised designs
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and test ad concepts and formats
• Adapt and repurpose creatives for A/B testing, targeting different audience segments
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and meet platform-specific specifications
• Analyse creative performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and suggest data-driven design improvements
• Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, visual design, and user behaviour to inform design choices
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree pursuing or completed (any discipline)
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, including platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Familiarity with ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC) and how design impacts results
• Ability to create visually engaging content tailored for paid campaigns and various ad formats
• Strong sense of design principles – layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Candidates with a good knowledge of Stock Trading will be preferred
• A portfolio showcasing digital creatives (ads, social media graphics, or similar) is preferred
• Internship extension and Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
