Job Title: Digital Advertising Technology Leader
This role is responsible for managing our digital advertising technology stack and unlocking revenue opportunities through data-driven strategies.
The main responsibilities of this position include designing, implementing, and optimizing AdTech solutions, developing monetization strategies, managing partnerships with ad networks, exchanges, and data marketplaces, collaborating with Data, Product, and Marketing teams, overseeing yield optimization, conducting market research, defining and monitoring key KPIs, evaluating and onboarding new platforms or partners, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage AdTech solutions to enhance advertising performance and maximize the value of first-party and third-party data assets.
• Develop and execute data monetization strategies leveraging audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and programmatic advertising.
• Manage partnerships with ad networks, exchanges, and data marketplaces to increase data monetization potential.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure data is collected, enriched, and activated effectively for advertising and revenue purposes.
• Oversee yield optimization for programmatic and direct-sold campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Conduct market research to stay current with AdTech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive benchmarks.
• Define and monitor key KPIs including fill rate, CPM, eCPM, CTR, data revenue, and ROI.
• Evaluate and onboard new platforms or partners to increase data monetization potential.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
