Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital trends, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging and effective marketing materials.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Create and schedule content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to build relationships with the audience.
• SEO and Content Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
• Track and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
• Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to inform and improve digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing return on investment.
• Track expenditures and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adopt new techniques to improve marketing effectiveness.
