The Paid Search Specialist Lead will be responsible for managing a multi-person team that owns the execution of paid search strategy across a dedicated percentage of our client portfolio. This role involves representing the final owner for all client channel strategy and performance within their respective portfolios.
We're seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record of tactical channel experience, a strong understanding of channel strategy and goals, and superior skills in managing client risk and human resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent English presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
Developing and implementing effective paid search strategies to drive client business goals and fulfill SOW requirements
Understanding client SOWs/stakeholders and pushing strategic account growth initiatives
Nurturing potential client upsells and account growth initiatives with cross-functional teams
Developing and managing direct reports through traditional and skip-level management
Key Requirements
We require a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of PPC specific experience. Additional SEO experience is a plus. The successful candidate will also possess:
Advanced level understanding of paid search tactics, including text search, PLAs, CSEs, GDN, GSP, and YouTube as well as associated ad tech
Experience building media plans and determining budget allocation using different forecasting methodologies
Demonstrated experience managing PPC strategy for large dedicated clients or multiple partially dedicated accounts with significant spend
Experience developing and managing up to a 4 person team
Excellent English presentation and written/verbal communication skills
