Full job description
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta/Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across major online platforms.
Create engaging content aligned with brand strategy for various digital channels.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive ROI and conversions.
Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
Handle daily social media posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Monitor digital trends to craft creative and relevant social media campaigns.
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights.
Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Manage and segment subscriber databases for targeted email outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content, design, and campaigns.
Assist in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
