Marketing:
• Develop marketing strategies using near AdWords, social media & other forums
• Must be near ads specialist
• Must be Facebook ads specialist
• End-to-end marketing operations support for India
• Manage, Monitor, Design and Develop Effective Marketing Content (Image, Video and Text) for Social Media, Websites, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, Blogs, etc.
• Manage multi-brand and multi-region social media handles – Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop effective PowerPoint presentation for local and global leadership teams while managing multiple monthly performance reports.
• Lead product development initiative and vendor management
• Sound knowledge on WordPress for website management and design.
• Design end-to-end landing pages – content design, content review, web design and AdWords campaigns.
• Good knowledge on Excel to develop excel based sales materials
• Manage paid social media marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Engage with Sales Admin to monitor lead generation from multiple channels and ensuring accurate CRM data management
• Good understanding of Data Analysis
• Participate in training material development
• Develop regional marketing report for Global Marketing Director
• Engage with global stakeholders for marketing, sales and support activities,
• Build a strategy to implement the company goals
• Flexible to learning new subject areas, both technical and fundamental while providing new innovative ideas.
• Engage with sales team on frequent basis and provide sales support materials actively.
• Increase leads for the sales team using different forums

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree of any course
• Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or similar role with proven success track record
• Knowledge of Google AdWords is a Must
• Facebook, Instagram and other social media ads knowledge
• Good at design and photoshop skills
• Able to understand technical aspects and architectural drawings
• Able to make extremely good PowerPoint presentations
• Has the ability to confidently develop and deliver presentations to future leads and existing clients
• Highly proficient in English and Hindi both oral and written
• Has the initiative and can work under minimum supervision
• Willing to travel for domestic and internationally
• knows how to use office applications, CRM, and order processing
