Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Facebook to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Implement and optimize technical SEO elements, including site speed, crawlability, and indexing.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the customer journey.
• Optimize the funnel to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Tailor digital marketing campaigns to target international markets and clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows.
• Track and report on email campaign performance metrics.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis for SEO and SEM efforts.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and driving brand awareness.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing Funnel.
• Experience targeting and engaging international clients.
• Solid skills in Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, and SMM.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or related fields.
• Understanding of content marketing and copywriting.
