Company Description We RDAI International Pvt. Ltd. hiring Digital Marketing Manager Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and will work closely with sales teams to generate leads and drive revenue. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages and user funnels • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus • A creative thinker with a strong ability to leverage data to identify new opportunities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
