We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role. you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute our digital marketing initiatives, driving our online presence to new heights. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. • Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPI's) to make data-driven decisions, adjusting strategies as needed. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and Social Media. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and an eye for design. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Google analytics and Ads certification are a plus
