Fantastic opportunity for a skilled Digital and Paid Media Manager with hospitality experience to join this much-loved restaurant brand.

THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Manager will grow brand awareness and engage existing guests by building and executing the digital strategy, including paid social media, website, digital products and partnerships.

You will:

- Define and implement a paid social media strategy using existing channels (Instagram and TikTok)
- Identify the best content to promote and ensure the paid social strategy is aligned to business goals and site-specific challenges
- Monitor and report on social media performance both paid and organic using tools such as Later.com, TikTok and Instagram insights and Google Analytics
- Track spend for paid social media activities
- Identify and review social media trends and insights and use the data to optimise performance
- Manage website updates and performance, ensuring 360 degree trackable conversion with any paid activity
- Monitor SEO efficiency and ensure web performance is optimised
- Own and manage the relationship with existing platforms and suppliers of digital products (Google, CRM, Booking Platform)

This role is based in Central London with 3 days per week in the office.

YOU
The successful candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will be a skilled digital and paid social media strategist, with experience in the hospitality industry.

You will:
- Have at least 5 years' experience in similar roles (either client or agency side)
- Be a highly strategic individual, with an innate understanding of the balance between brand equity and commercial results
- Have the ability to produce analytical reports and a sound understanding of figures and ROI
- Possess and demonstrate a strong degree of systems knowledge when using the following tools: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Social media analytics tools, WordPress
