We’re Pink Squid – a creative, analytical and digital agency, focused on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. Based in central London, but with a global reach, our Digital, Data and Ad Operations team is integral to everything we offer.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager with 2-3 years advertising agency experience who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will possess not only a proven track record in creating, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns but also the ability to excel in a fast-paced agency environment.

The successful candidate will independently build and optimise digital campaigns across various channels to meet our goals. Experience in campaign management and performance reporting is essential, with the ability to manage relationships with third parties such as job boards. Building strong client rapport for effective campaign management and delivery is a key aspect of this role.

You'll collaborate with major global brands across diverse industries including healthcare, education, travel, FMCG, tech, and finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with talented individuals and contribute to our expanding global presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate Client Briefs into Effective Campaign Strategies: Utilise agency experience to craft targeted campaign strategies in collaboration with wider teams.
• Manage and Optimise Paid Marketing Campaigns: Own the end-to-end process of campaign creation, management, and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, TikTok and other paid ad platforms
• Web Analytics Platforms for Performance Measurement: Use platforms like Google Analytics 4 to measure campaign impact and success, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Teams: Work closely with teams to identify top-performing ad formats and assets, guiding campaign activation for optimal results.
• Build Dashboards and KPI Tracking Reports: Create comprehensive tracking reports for informed decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Demonstrate Impeccable Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Expertise in Digital Ad Platforms: Utilise deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive strategic campaign execution.
• Data-Driven Insights: Make informed decisions based on data analysis, maximising ROI through performance reporting and analysis.
• Expert in earned media and SEO strategies: Solid understanding of SEO techniques, best practices and developing effective SEO strategies.

Experience/skills required:
• 2-3 years agency experience in digital paid media management.
• Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong collaboration skills with strategy and creative teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms.

Salary:

Up to £40k p.a. (DOE)

Hybrid working with minimum 3 days a week in London office.
