Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence and marketing initiatives of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to maximize our online visibility, reach, and conversion rates. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Google Ads Management: Create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, leads, and conversions. Monitor and adjust ad performance based on key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate digital channels, and setting measurable KPIs.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives.
• SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to monitor website performance and campaign effectiveness. Generate regular reports to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best ROI. Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and other CRO techniques.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's presence on various social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and managing paid social media campaigns to expand the brand's reach.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and developers, to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and algorithm changes, and implement best practices accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and digital strategy.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
