Position Overview:
We are seeking 2-3 years experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing and organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources across various channels to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Any degree with Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative Skills: Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills, with attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and results to stakeholders.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
