Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, social media marketing, public relations, media relations, marketing strategy, and analytical skills. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance optimization.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management across multiple platforms.
• Public and Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
