Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing global team. You will play a critical role in end-to-end management of our digital marketing campaigns. You will liaise with internal teams to coordinate our marketing and promotional activities and report to the Director for Business Enablement and Marketing Communications.
You will design and develop customised digital marketing strategies, suggest improvements to existing strategies, and identify opportunities to increase visibility and customer engagement.
This is a senior role reporting into the top management of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively manage the online presence of the company and business
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Liaise with various teams internally for creating digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Develop and drive a digital marketing plan by working closely with delivery teams
• Create visually appealing content aligned with the business goals using fit for purpose Graphic Design tools
• Design and Manage end-to-end digital campaigns using established best practices
• Conduct market research and identify best practices
• Promote the company’s web presence, boost brand awareness and client engagement
• Explore innovative methods and strategies of presenting and promoting content
• Create and implement campaigns towards Employer branding
• Maintain a strong company voice through various media channels
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and delivery teams to ensure brand consistency
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to impact the top-line
• Monitor performance metrics and devise strategies to improve them
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
SKILLSET & EDUCATION
• Proven track record as a hands-on Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
• 5- 8 years of relevant and hands-on experience of actively managing B2B digital marketing asset channels for a global company of repute
• Experience of working in a corporate, multicultural environment
• Proactive self-starter with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital design, or a related field
• Expertise in managing B2B digital channels on Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience of managing a Website using an Open Source Content Management System such as WordPress
• Hands-on experience in conceptualising and packaging of digital B2B marketing collaterals, including but not limited to Blogs, e-books, white papers, and playbook.
• A great team player, comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Tools and working within the Office 365 environment
• Proficient in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Canva
• Hands-on expertise across the marketing ecosystem, specifically working with tools such as Hubspot, MailChimp, Vimeo
• LinkedIn Marketing Certifications in Marketing Strategy and Creative Design
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Video editing tools and software is highly desirable
• Animation skills are an added advantage
• Knowledge of customer insights within the European geography is highly preferred.
