Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at E3 Grass in New Delhi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, implementing web analytics to track performance, conducting online marketing activities, and effectively communicating the brand's message. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement in the online space.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective digital assets, including banners, graphics, and videos.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging platforms to expand our online presence and reach new audiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Proficiency in web analytics and online marketing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the artificial grass or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
