Overview

We are seeking a Paid Search Manager to join our team at Source, a leading tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-budget PPC campaigns and collaborating with teams across design, tech, and marketing to boost campaign performance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Manager who is passionate about data and results. You'll take charge of high-budget PPC campaigns driving ROI and manage over £1.5m in monthly ad spend. You'll work independently, manage your workload, and take ownership of your projects.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing campaigns.
Optimize shopping and search ads across multiple markets for maximum performance and relevance.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve ROI.
Performance Optimisation: Continuously enhance ad copy, assets, and dynamic elements based on performance metrics.
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and drive conversions.
Create actionable performance reports to refine future strategies.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement cutting-edge PPC strategies to drive business growth.
Set up and launch search ad campaigns across a range of clients and markets.
Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments.
Embrace a test-and-learn approach, documenting insights and outcomes for future campaigns.
Stay ahead of the latest PPC trends and share industry insights.
Support SEO efforts and assist with basic website updates.
Analyze website traffic to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong background in digital marketing, specifically paid search.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other campaign management platforms.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for optimization and conversions.
Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and take ownership of your projects.
Confidence in testing new ideas and learning from outcomes.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Experience working across multiple markets.
Languages in particular French or Italian would be a bonus.
