Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of audience-led marketing strategies in digital commerce. This entrepreneurial leader will partner with internal and external teams to drive sales by recruiting consumers and building loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee digital commerce investment plans in partnership with the marketing team and refine strategies using consumer data.
Work across fairlife and Coca-Cola teams to recruit new households and build loyalty through the full digital ecosystem.
Amazon Marketing Strategy and Activations
Lead best-in-class Amazon marketing strategies for the entire fairlife portfolio across the Amazon ecosystem.
Provide thought leadership in building a scalable test-and-learn roadmap to deliver long-term growth on Amazon.
Thought Leadership in Digital Marketing
Bring strategic thinking and recommendations to optimize digital activations across consumer plans.
Partner closely with the Shopper Marketing and Connections team to refine and elevate digital commerce marketing strategies.
eCommerce and Performance Marketing Expertise
Leverage consumer and shopper insights to enhance user experience from paid media to the website.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate advanced analytics, segmentation, and lifetime value models.
Innovation and Industry Expertise
Champion digital marketing innovation by bringing big digital marketing ideas and new consumer engagement capabilities to life.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
