We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and increase brand exposure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost revenue and expand brand presence.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, and publishers.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance.
Analyze affiliate performance, tracking key metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset.
