Role Overview:

The Digital Media Coordinator is a graduate-level, entry role responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns within the performance team. In this role, 80% of your time will be dedicated to paid search and 20% of your time to paid social and programmatic. You will learn to set up, run, and optimize these campaigns, working closely with the team and establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable asset to both the agency and our clients. This role reports to the Performance Manager.



What You’ll Do:

Support Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns.
Learn and Grow: Gain hands-on experience in campaign management, becoming a trusted expert within the agency and with clients.
Multi-Channel Management: Work on various client accounts, managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta and more.
Diverse Tech Exposure: Engage with multiple DSPs and ad tech platforms, contributing your insights on ad tech decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Learn all facets of online advertising, including a focus on Paid Search and with opportunities to learn paid social and programmatic through collaboration with the Activations team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and Manage Campaigns: Manage the development and execution of paid campaigns ensuring delivery to the high standards set by our team. Develop strong budget management skills, ensuring accurate pacing and on-schedule execution, with the ability to quickly address any pacing fluctuations. (80% of time focused on paid search, 20% of time dedicated to paid social and programmatic).
Gain In-Depth Knowledge: Build a solid understanding of how paid media works, with a primary focus on paid search (80%) and a secondary focus on paid social and programmatic (20%).
Monitor and Optimize: Monitor daily campaign performance, identifying and addressing any concerns promptly with your line manager. Assist Performance Specialists in managing campaigns to meet client objectives and maximize ROI.
Support and Collaborate: Provide support to the wider team with minimal supervision, handling ad operations, reporting, and finance operations. Manage your workflow autonomously, proactively communicating deliverables internally to stakeholders and externally to clients.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update key team documents (WIPs, notes in reports), ensuring they are organized in respective client folders. Independently produce accurate client reports. Demonstrate an ability to critically analyse campaign data to produce actionable insights for client leads.
