The Opportunity
This is a 10 month fixed-term contract for a Digital Project Manager, commencing November.
The Digital Project Manager will lead and oversee a website transformation project. This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of a comprehensive website overhaul, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing our digital presence.
You will make an impact by:
Lead the end-to-end management of the website transformation program, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, and content teams to ensure the website transformation project adheres to best practices in design, functionality, and user experience.
Oversee content strategy and implementation, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
Communicate effectively with senior leaders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage, and maintain detailed project plan in Monday.com, timelines, and budget, ensuring all project milestones are met.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business or related field
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is highly regarded
5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a focus on website development and transformation projects.
Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Wrike or similar preferable
Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of website development processes, including UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web analytics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leaders
