The Role
We are seeking a Director-General's Office Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to the Director-General. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director-General
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Develop and implement effective communication strategies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
Relevant qualifications and experience in administration or a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
