KPMG is seeking a Director in Legal Operations and Transformation Services for our Tax Practice. This position offers an opportunity to lead and innovate in a critical area of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery teams on engagements focused on legal operations transformation, including law department assessments, technology optimization, and design of organizational and target operating models.
• Manage projects in alignment with KPMG's financial policies; optimize engagement management processes and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or master’s degree preferred from accredited institutions; additional approved credentials may be necessary.
• Proven experience leading significant legal operations projects, showcasing strong project management skills, particularly in deploying legal technologies like CLM and ELM.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse client stakeholders, including senior executives; experience in business development and supporting sales efforts is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
