Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its nationally integrated Transactions Practice Group in Dallas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions (M&A), securities matters, and corporate governance for middle-market and upper-middle-market companies, as well as private equity firms.

Candidate Profile
• JD from a top ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in good standing. Timely admission to the Texas Bar will be a condition of employment.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience representing clients in M&A, corporate governance, financings, securities, and other commercial transactions.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively on teams and engage directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
