Director | Supply Chain Services

The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
• To lead ongoing Operations team to ensure KPI’s are met and to constantly innovate value propositions in achieving Operational Excellence.
• Coach, engage and manage teams across different locations / culture.
• Work closely with Business leaders to analyze Business Process, identify areas of Improvement and drive process / system change across business groups.
• Lead Projects & Programs with cross functionals teams and deliver business solutions.
• Strong in team work and able to operate in an environment of changing priorities and deadlines
• Have deep practical knowledge of Import / Export, Operations, Customs & Trade consulting, shipping and International Business.
• Plan and implement the local supply chain strategy, to increase efficiency and profitability.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 18-22 years' relevant experience with at least +-10 years in managerial level with team handling experience with a minimum of 20 team size
• Expert in the area of shipping documentation, supply chain management and trade terms and regulations in logistics function of sourcing office
• Able to communicate and work with Senior Leadership teams up to Top Management Level.
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Well-developed people management skills, ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office programs.
